This community service activity was carried out through the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) under the SI JELAS (Business Location Tracking Information System) program in Gunung Mas Subdistrict, Lingkungan II, Teluk Betung Selatan District. The activity was motivated by challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly limited visibility and difficulties for customers in finding business locations, especially those located in densely populated residential areas and narrow alleys. To address these issues, the program was implemented using a participatory approach through field observations, assistance in registering business locations on Google Maps for 12 MSMEs, and the creation and installation of banners for 3 MSMEs without physical promotional media. The results indicate that the presence of MSME locations on Google Maps makes it easier for customers and delivery partners to reach the businesses, while banners help improve visual recognition within the local community. Overall, this activity provides tangible benefits in enhancing visibility, accessibility, and MSME actors’ understanding of digital technology utilization.
